What does DispatcherDocs handle after I book a load? +
Once the load is booked, we become the workflow layer between you and the broker. Broker paperwork comes through DispatcherDocs, known forms are completed from your saved carrier profile, and completed paperwork can be sent back to the broker automatically. The load is created and tracked in your dashboard.
Do I still find and negotiate my own loads? +
Yes. You find the load, negotiate the rate, and book it exactly as you do today. DispatcherDocs starts working after the load is booked.
Does the broker need a DispatcherDocs account? +
No. You send a secure link and the broker opens it in a browser. No account, no login, and nothing for them to install.
How does live load tracking work? +
You enable location sharing on an active load and we generate a secure public tracking link. The broker sees load status, latest location, pickup and delivery, distance remaining, and how recently the location updated. Sharing ends when the load is completed.
What happens if paperwork cannot be handled automatically? +
It doesn't silently fail. Anything that can't be safely completed on its own moves into our internal workflow so it still gets handled, and you can see its status on the load.
Is my carrier and load information secure? +
Your carrier profile and load records are stored securely and used only to run your workflow. We don't sell your data, and each broker tracking link is read-only and scoped to a single load.
