Frequently Asked Questions
What if my broker packet isn't supported?
We're constantly adding new templates. If your broker packet isn't supported yet, request a template and we'll prioritize adding it. Most common broker forms can be added within a few days.
Do you store my PDFs?
Files are processed to fill your forms, but we're building configurable retention controls. You'll be able to choose how long files are stored, and we're working toward options for immediate deletion after processing if you prefer.
Can I edit the PDF after it's filled?
Yes. The filled PDF is a standard PDF file that you can edit with any PDF editor. You can review all fields, make corrections, and add any additional information before sending it to the broker.
Does it work on flat (non-fillable) PDFs?
Yes. We use form recognition technology to identify fields on both fillable and non-fillable PDFs. For flat PDFs, we overlay fillable fields in the correct positions based on the template.
Can dispatchers use it for multiple carriers?
Yes. With a Team plan, dispatchers can manage multiple carrier profiles and fill packets for any carrier in their account. Team features include role-based access so you can control who can view and edit each carrier's information.
What information do I need to create a carrier profile?
You'll need your company's legal name, MC number, DOT number, tax ID (EIN or SSN), business address, contact information, and insurance details. Most of this information is typically required on broker packets anyway, so you're just entering it once instead of repeatedly.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Your account is protected with secure authentication, and we never sell or share your information with third parties. See our Security section above for more details.
